We’re looking for experienced truck operators to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that puts you on the road every day delivering and picking up roll off dumpsters at residential and commercial job sites across the Baltimore-Washington region.

What You’ll Do

• Safely deliver and pick up dumpsters at residential and commercial job sites and haul debris to disposal sites
• Load and unload cargo and equipment as needed
• Follow assigned route plans and maintain your daily schedule to meet customer commitments
• Update route sheets with accurate customer information
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) and perform basic equipment maintenance including safety and mechanical checks
• Fuel vehicles and maintain equipment cleanliness
• Comply with all Toskov & Sons safe driving practices, policies, and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL license — required
• Current DOT medical card — required
• Must pass a DOT drug test — required
• Clean, upstanding driving record
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Familiarity with Baltimore, Washington DC, and surrounding counties
• Punctual, reliable, and a strong problem solver
• Good communication skills — multilingual is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Availability Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed

What We Offer

• $20–$25 per hour depending on experience
